Physical Literacy: From Theory to Practice

We know physical literacy is the goal of physical education, but what does that really mean?

What are the characteristics of a physical education program that truly develops competence, confidence, motivation and desire? The goal of this presentation is to share ideas and strategies teachers can use to create a learning environment that fosters the development of physically literate students.
